1. Four Quarterly Initiative Outreach Programs

"Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature." — Mark 16:15

At Armies of God Evangelical Outreach Network International (AGENOI), we conduct four major outreach programs each year, scheduled every quarter. These programs span one month in each quarter and involve every volunteer member of our team dedicating their full time, resources, and hearts to advancing the mission of winning souls for Christ.

During these programs, we focus on:

1. Evangelism and Crusades – Proclaiming the Gospel boldly to bring salvation to those in darkness.

2. Community Support and Transformation – Addressing physical and spiritual needs, following the example of Christ who fed the hungry (Matthew 14:15-21) and healed the sick (Matthew 8:16-17).

3. Baptism Services – Obeying Christ’s command to baptize believers as a testimony of their new life in Him (Matthew 28:18-20).

4. Training and Empowerment Seminars – Equipping converts with tools for self-reliance and spiritual growth to ensure they remain steadfast in their new life in Christ (Proverbs 22:6).

2. Training and Self-Empowerment Programs

"And do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased." — Hebrews 13:16

Our ministry recognizes the importance of sustaining the faith of those we reach out to. Many new converts struggle with returning to their old ways due to a lack of empowerment. To combat this, we provide:

• Practical Support: Offering vocational training and self-empowerment programs to help converts become productive members of society.

• Spiritual Guidance: Fostering growth in faith through true covenant relationships, discipleship, and active fellowship, which build love, unity, and purpose. (2 Timothy 2:2).

• Holistic Care: Meeting both spiritual and physical needs as Jesus did, showing love in action (James 2:15-16).

This approach ensures they experience the fullness of Christ’s love and provision, reinforcing their decision to follow Him and enabling them to live transformed lives.

3. Baptism as a Core Ministry Focus

"Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." — Acts 2:38

In obedience to Christ’s direct command (Matthew 28:19), baptism is a central part of our outreach programs. Recognizing its importance as a public declaration of faith and a step of obedience, we organize:

• Mobile Baptism Units: To make baptism accessible during our crusades and outreach meetings, ensuring no one is denied this sacred step due to logistical challenges.

• Teaching on Baptism: Emphasizing the significance of baptism as an act of obedience, a public confession of faith, and a symbolic burial of the old life and resurrection into new life in Christ (Romans 6:4).

• Scriptural Guidance: Sharing the example of Jesus’ own baptism by John the Baptist (Matthew 3:13-17) to reinforce its importance in the life of a believer.

These baptism sessions are an outward demonstration of the inward transformation brought by the Holy Spirit. We pray and believe that as we fulfill this divine ordinance, lives will be permanently changed for God’s glory.
