Our Constitution

**Constitution of AGENOI**  

**Preamble**  
Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and in obedience to the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-20), we establish this constitution to govern the operations of AGENOI, aiming to spread salvation, nurture disciples, and bring community transformation.

**Articles Summary**  

- **Article 1: Name**  
  The organization is named **Armies of God Evangelical Outreach Network International (AGENOI)**.  

- **Article 2: Mission**  
  To advance the Kingdom of God through:  
  1. Evangelism and soul-winning.  
  2. Discipleship and leadership training (2 Timothy 2:2).  
  3. Community development (Philippians 4:10-19).  
  4. Unity in the Body of Christ (Psalm 133:1-3).  

- **Article 3: Doctrinal Statement**  
  AGENOI affirms key Christian doctrines, including the Trinity, salvation by grace, the authority of scripture, and the empowering work of the Holy Spirit.  

- **Article 4: Governance and Leadership**  
  Governed by an Executive Board led by the General Overseer (GO), supported by deputies, regional directors, and a secretariat. Leadership is guided by prayerful decision-making under the Holy Spirit’s direction.  

- **Article 5: Membership**  
  Open to all believers committed to the ministry’s vision and mission.  

- **Article 6: Financial Stewardship**  
  AGENOI adheres to principles of transparency, accountability, and biblical integrity in financial matters (2 Corinthians 8:20-21).  

- **Article 7: Partnerships**  
  Collaboration with local and international ministries to strengthen outreach efforts.  

- **Article 8: Community Outreach**  
  Holistic programs aimed at improving lives spiritually and physically.  

- **Article 9-10: Amendments and Dissolution**  
  Amendments follow a prayerful process, and assets are distributed to like-minded ministries if dissolution occurs.
